Casterolimulus[1] was a species of limuloid from the Cretaceous period, related to the modern horseshoe crabs. Casterolimulus kletti, is known to have come from a Maastrichtian age member of the Fox Hills Formation.[2] This arthropod has been considered for appearance in Saurian.

Casterolimulus has been expected to be added as an AI in the future, however it is unknown if the plans for this animal's inclusion are still being considered.
