Did Dakotaraptor have bird wings?

Since Dakotaraptor and other dromaeosaurs are very closely related to modern-day birds, they should have folded arms like that of a modern bird.

I really think so! I mean, the arms must be reconstructedly inaccurate, plus since they are heavily feathered, maybe they may be the most bird-like animal in Hell Creek.

Actually, while they could fold their arm and forearm, they could hardly fold their hands, and the range of motion of the arms and forearms would be lower than that of an avialan
